Training design & delivery
- Rather than ‘off the shelf’ programmes, we work with clients to identify specific needs and then design interventions to bridge those gaps
- We don’t usually deliver ‘public’ programmes but we have the expertise to do so if required
- Our programmes include one-off sessions on specific topics and modular development programmes aimed at supervisory, middle and senior
management (these include courses externally accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management)
- Our specialisms include interpersonal skills in managment & leadership, change management including helping people cope with change, career
planning & personal development, and selection & interview skills
