Picture of Neil

After an initial career in the education sector, Neil has over 20 years' management development experience in high profile organisations in public, private and not-for-profit sectors. His roles have included European Training and Development Manager for one of the world's major international hotel groups and Group HR Manager for a leading UK financial services organisation.

Since 1996 he has been an HR Consultant, where he has focused on the design and delivery of training & development, recruitment & selection, executive coaching and career & outplacement consultancy.

Recognised as a highly motivating and enthusiastic developer of both individuals and teams, he combines strategic vision with commercial focus and effective implementation skills.

As well as providing services directly to his own clients, Neil acts as an Associate for other organisations including Penna and Marlborough Training & Consultancy.

Neil holds an MA in Economics from Trinity College, Cambridge and is qualified by the British Psychological Society to Level A and Level B (Intermediate) in the use of psychometrics. He is a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a Member of the Public Sector People Management Association and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
