Recruitment and selection
- We provide specialist recruitment and selection processes for clients who do not have in-house expertise or who are dissatisfied with the
service provided by traditional recruitment agencies
- Unlike head-hunters, we don’t maintain a large bank of potential candidates although we can often find people through our network of contacts
- We provide whatever input the client needs, e.g. designing and placing an advert on a jobsite or assisting with interview & selection
- We can provide a complete service (or any relevant elements) from job design (defining competencies, writing job descriptions and person
specifications), through screening and shortlisting, to final interview and selection
- We also design and manage assessment centre activities, including the use of psychometric instruments (e.g. verbal & numerical
reasoning tests and personality profiling), presentations, simulations and role-plays
