Facilitation of meetings, awaydays and team events
- An external facilitator can bring a clearer focus to meetings, ensuring clarity of purpose, keeping things on track and
ensuring that outcomes and actions are agreed and implemented
- We design a range of activities for awaydays and team events, ranging from treasure hunts to board games and including
outdoor activities: the object is to understand team behaviours, recognise people’s contributions and identify areas for
improvement
- We also use personality profiling and Belbin team role analysis to help team members and the team as a whole work more
effectively
